Eastview Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd is looking for a 

𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙧

• Providing a high level of customer service including: greeting customers, handling inquiries, ability to look up parts accurately, providing quotes, ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for the best possible customer experience.
• Answering incoming calls and emails from customers and the service department to provide technical parts support and process orders.
• Create a professional and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff.
• Maintain internal, manual or computerized record-keeping systems
• Core management including inspecting cores as per return requirements to ensure the proper credit is issued.
• May operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods.
• Prepares documentation for purchases, returns, warranty and other duties as required.
• Warehousing including picking emergency/stock orders, putting away stock orders and other duties as required within the Parts department
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods
• o Unpack, code and route goods to appropriate storage areas
• o Identify customer needs and opportunities to upsell products to better serve the customer and enhance their experience.
• Process incoming requisitions and issue or distribute parts and supplies for internal usage
• Maintain records of orders and the amount, kind and location of parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory system
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to upsell products to better serve the customer and enhance their experience.

Salary: Very competitive salary depending on experience.
