Qualifications

Valid certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario or willing to transfer.

Relevant nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Proficiency in both English and French is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.

Provide wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.

Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.

Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
