We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Truck & Coach Technician to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Truck & Coach Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and related equipment
- Conduct inspections and identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
- Repair or replace engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering mechanisms, and suspension components
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot vehicle systems
- Perform preventative maintenance services (oil changes, tune-ups, inspections)
- Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and manufacturer standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience working with heavy-duty trucks
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy components and work in physically demanding conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PACCAR, Cummins, CAT, & Volvo engines and systems
- OEM training or certifications
- Previous dealership or service center experience
- Valid Truck & Coach Technician certification (310T)

Working Conditions
- Standing, bending, and lifting required throughout the shift
- Shift work and occasional overtime may be required
- Working outdoors when required for service calls
